Resolution No. 73 of 2001 establishing the Committee of Plant Pesticide Registration.

This resolution is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 establishes the Committee of Plant Pesticide Registration. Article 2 defines competencies of the Committee, which are to: define allowed pesticides; define programmes for necessary tests and analysis of pesticides; settle and take decision concerning applications for pesticide registration; study reports of the General Administration for Plant Protection related to pesticide registration; and, propose documents, information and procedures necessary for the practice of activities related to pesticides. Articles 3 to 6 deal with the management and internal administration of the Committee.
