Agricultural Pests Act; Control Measures: Amendment (G.N. No. R. 133 of 2017).

This Government Notice amends the Government Notice containing control measures for purposes of the Agricultural Pests Act. The amendments concern Table 10 which is substituted with new Table specifying fees payable for services such as an examination for purposes of permit of exemption from the stipulations of a control measure.
