Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries amends the Control Measures by inserting definitions of phytosanitary procedures", "regulated article" and "test", and by modifying control measures regarding removal of plants or plant products from any quarantine areas, undertaking of phytosanitary procedures and other plant protection measures. Phytosanitary procedures means any official method for the implementation phytosanitary measures.
