Agricultural Pests Act; Importation of Controlled Goods without a Permit (G.N. R. No. 276 of 2004).

This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 3 of the Agriculture Pests Act, 1983, prescribes that no person shall import wood packaging material which does not comply with the measures of the FAO-ICCP International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures - Guidelines for Regulating Wood packaging Material in International Trade.
