Abstract
These Regulations, made under sections 24 (5) and 44 of the National Environmental Management Act, no. 107 of 1998, amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, G.N. no. 982 of 2014, by replacing words concerning Environmental Management Programme or Environmental Management Plan, and by substituting the period of time in which an environmental authorisation is still in effect.
