This Notice publishes the Codes of Good Practice for the Minerals Industry of the Department of Minerals and Energy. The document sets out the administrative principles in order to facilitate the implementation of the minerals and mining legislation. The development of the Codes is a requirement of section 100 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002.
