Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act: Establishment of a Weed Control Scheme; Amendment (G.N. No. 977 of 2004).

This Notice amends the Notice on Establishment of a Weed Control Scheme made under the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act in Table 2. Table 2 sets out incentives applicable to the supply of weed killers (herbicides) for the control of weeds and the performance of certain services in accordance with the Act.
