Declaration of Agricultural Products for purposes of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act (No. R. 1148 of 2005).

This Regulation declares the products set out in this Schedule as agricultural products for the purposes of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. Products include cattle, goats, sheep, pigs and game as well as their products, deciduous fruit, including dried fruit and grains, including wheat, barley, oats, durum wheat, maize and sorghum.
