Declaration of certain substances and remedies to agricultural remedies (R. No. 383 of 1983).

This Notice of the Minister of Agriculture, for purpose of the definition of "agricultural remedy" in section 1 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, declares to be an agricultural remedy for purposes of the Act any adjuvant consisting of any chemical substance of biological remedy, or any mixture or combination of such substance or remedy, which, when added to an agricultural remedy prepared for application in accordance with the approved instructions for the use of that agricultural remedy, will enhance the efficiency of that agricultural remedy.
