Development Facilitation Regulations (G.N. R. No. 1 of 2000).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Development Facilitation Act, 1995 in relation with a wide variety of matters relative to: the development tribunal of each province as provided for by section 15 of the Act and relative proceedings that may me initiated before each tribunal including: filing of documents; application for the condonation of non-compliance; settlements; duties of tribunal officers; various applications that may be made to the tribunal; award by tribunal of land availability agreements; and service agreements. Annexure A sets out guidelines for the content and form of land availability agreements and service agreements.
