Disaster Management Act: Regulations to address, prevent and combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19: Amendment (G.N. Notice R. No. 465 of 2020).

These Regulations amend the Regulations to address, prevent and combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 principally respecting essential goods and services. Some provisions concern food retail sales. In addition, a new provision is added, which stipulates that no person may be evicted from their place of residence, regardless of whether it is a formal or informal residence or a farm dwelling, for the duration of the lockdown.
