Abstract
These Directions of the Minister of Small Business Development, made in terms of regulation 10(8) of the COVID-19 Regulations (No. 318 as amended by No. 398 of 2020), provide guidance on implementation of the provisions of essential goods and services. The Directions principally concern (safety) rules for food retail stores. A special permit shall be issued for such retail stores.
