Establishment of the Greater St. Lucia Wetlands Park and Authority (Notice No. R. 4477 of 2000).

This Regulation makes provision for the establishment of the Greater St. Lucia Wetlands Park as a World Heritage Site and the establishment of an Authority for the Greater St. Lucia Wetlands Park.
Powers and functions of the Authority are defined by the World Heritage Convention Act, 1999. Chapter VI of the Act shall apply to the Authority.
