Establishment of Statutory Measure and determination of guideline prices: levies relating to potatoes (No. R. 1046 of 2004).

This Measure imposes a levy on producers and importers of potato sacks or potato traders on behalf of potato producers and on potato producers directly and potato importers. The levy shall be payable to the Potato Industry Development Trust and the funds thus obtained shall be used for the development of the potato industry. In particular, financial support shall be granted for the dissemination of information and research.
