Establishment of Statutory Measure: Establishment of statutory measure and determination of guideline prices: levies relating to wheat, barley and oats (No. R. 901 of 2014).

This Statutory Measure imposes a levy on winter cereal sold by or on behalf of the producer or imported or exported. Levies shall be paid by respectively buyers, processors or traders to Winter Cereal Trust. The purpose and aims of this statutory measure are to provide financial support to winter cereal information, research and transformation functions, which the winter cereal industry identified as essential and are in the interest of the industry.
