Exclusion of certain farm feeds from the operation of the provisions of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act (R. No. 2054 of 1984).

This Notice of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 13 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, excludes all unmixed farm feeds originating from maize products, except maize germ meal and maize gluten from the operation of sections 7, 9, 10 and 16 of the Act. Those provisions concern, among other things, the sale and importation of fertilizers, farm feeds and agricultural remedies and notification of data.
