Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of statutory measure: Registration of certain persons in respect of fresh mangoes intended for processing (G.N. No. 960 of 2010).

This Statutory Measure requires all processors and all producers of fresh mango to register with the South African Mango Growers' Association (SAMGA). Registration is necessary to ensure the levy instated on fresh mango fruit destined for processing can be collected.
