Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of statutory measure: Registration of breeders of broiler chickens and suppliers of packaging material for packing of eggs (No. R. 955 of 2009).

These Regulations require breeders of day-old female parent broiler chickens and suppliers for packaging material for the packing of eggs to annually register with the Southern African Poultry Association ("levy administrator") for purposes of enhancing the efficiency of the marketing of poultry products.
