Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Records and returns relating to Pecan trees as well as domestic production, processing, imports and exports of Pecans and Pecan products (No. R. 199 of 2012).

This Measure requires producers, importers, exporters and processors of pecans and/or pecan products to keep records and render returns to SA Pecan Nut Producers Association acting as appointed administrator. The records shall be as required by the administrator and shall regard: (a) pecan nut trees; (b) the volume of pecans and/or pecan products produced; and (c) the volume of pecans and/or pecan products imported and/or exported.
