Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Records and returns relating to fynbos products as well as production and export information of cultivated fynbos products (No. R. 781 of 2011).

These Regulations require all producers, packers and exporters of cultivated fynbos products to keep records and render those records to the appointed administrator for purposes of enhancing the efficiency of the production and marketing of fynbos products.
