Abstract
This Notice of the Minister of Health amends the Medicines and Related Substances Act, 1965 by replacing the Schedules to the Act as specified. The Schedules specify packing and labelling requirements and retail sale conditions for scheduled substances. No person shall sell, have in his or her possession or manufacture any medicine or Scheduled substance, except in accordance with the prescribed conditions.
