Abstract
This Act amends the Medicines and Related Substances Act, 1965 by, among other things- adding a definition of "product", which includes also a foodstuff that contains a scheduled substance; establishing the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority; empowering the Minister to establish an advisory committee; providing for the registration of certain foodstuffs.
