Model Air Quality By-law (No. 579 of 2010).

This Notice publishes the Model Air Quality By-law meant to be a model regulation for the protection of air quality to be adopted by local administrations. One of the aims of the Model By-law is to create uniformity across the country in dealing with air quality management challenges. The By-law provides, among other things, for the development of local emission standards including emissions from pesticide spraying.
