Abstract
These Regulations of the Minister of Environmental Affairs, made under section 53 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, to prescribe the atmospheric emission licence processing fees as contemplated in Chapter 5 of the Act (for the application for an atmospheric emission licence under section 37 of the Act and a fee for a listed activity under such licence.
