This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs made in terms of section 57(2) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004, specifies prohibited restricted activities, involving the wild or artificially propagated specimens of listed threatened or protected Encephalartos species, except if required for conservation or enforcement purposes (as defined).
