National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Amendment Act 2014 (No. 21 of 2014).

This Act amends the National Environmental Management Protected Areas Act, 2003 in relation with management of protected areas. It provides, among other things, for incorporation of the management of marine protected areas in the protected areas regime and for the declaration of marine protected areas. It also provides with respect to restriction of activities in marine protected areas, including fishing, take or destroy any fauna or flora and disturbing the ecosystem.
