This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the Notice containing a list of waste management activities that have, or a likely to have, a detrimental effect on the environment by the deletion in Category A of activity 3 and with respect to transitional arrangements in relation to aplications for a waste management licence.
