National Forest Act, 1998: Assignment of certain provisions of the National Forest Act, 1998 to South African National Parks (GN. 113 of 2005).

This Notice of the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry, made under section 47 of the national Forests Act, assigns the administration of provisions of the Act as specified in the Schedules IA and IB to this Notice to South African National Parks (SANParks) as far as they apply to the state forests mentioned in Schedule III. The Chief Executive of SANParks may, after consultation with the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry further delegate powers assigned to SANParks by this Notice.
