National Forests Act: Declaration of state forests in Mpumalanga as forest nature reserves under section 8(1) of the National Forests Act, 1998 (No. R. 673 of 2013).

This Notice of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries declares State forests in Mpumalanga as a forest reserves in terms of section 10(1) of the National Forests Act, 1998.
No person may, without a licence: (a) cut, disturb, damage or destroy any forest produce in, or remove any forest produce from, a protected area, except under rules made for the proper management of the area or servitude right, licence or exemption granted by the Minister.
