National Water Act: Establishment of Breede-Gouritz Catchment Management Agency through extending the boundary and area of operation of the Breede-Overberg Catchment Management Agency of Section 78(4) (GN. R. 412 of 2014).

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made pursuant to section 78(3) of the National Water Act, 1998, establishes the Brede-Gouritz catchment management agency, describes its area of operation and makes provision with the validation of administrative matters of the agency including the billing of a water resource management charge. A water resource management charge will be billed by the Brede-Gouritz CMA in accordance with section 57(2) of the National Water Act.
