This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made pursuant to section 78(3) of the National Water Act, 1998, establishes the Limpopo-North West catchment management agency, describes its area of operation and makes provision with the validation of administrative matters of the agency including the billing of a water resource management charge.
