National Water Act: Extension of time period for general authorisations in terms of section 39 (G.N. No. 417 of 2011).

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs extends the time period of general authorisations relating to subsection 210 of the National Water Act, 1998 (as published in section 3 of the Schedule to Notice 398, and the time period for the General Authorisations relating to subsection 21(e), (f), (g) and (h) of the National Water Act, 1998 as published in the Schedule to Notice 399 in the Government Gazette Notice of 26 March 2004.
