National Water Act: Extension of time period for general authorisations in terms of section 39 (G.N. No. 702 of 2012).

This Notice of the Director-General of the Department of Water Affairs extends the time period of general authorisations relating to subsections 21(a) and 21(b) of the National Water Act, 1998 (published in section 3 of the Schedule to Notice 398 of 2004) as extended previously. The authorisations concern: (a) taking water from a water resource; (b) storing water. The extension may be subject to a change if a change in water legislation occurs.
