Notice amending the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (No. 731 of 2012).

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 in Part A of Schedule 3 which lists national legislation for purposes of section 34 of the Act. Section 34 concerns compensation of loss caused by damage as a result of an offence under any provision listed in Schedule 3.
