Notice concerning Levies on Fish and Fish Products (No. R. 398 of 2009).

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism imposes levies payable on fish and fish products in accordance with section 29 of the Sea Fishery Act of 1988. The levies concern the amount of fish caught by holders of a right to commercial fishing of pelagic fish, lobster, abalone, tuna, swordfish and other species and commercial fishing with bottom trawl or midwater trawl nets, traditional line. The Notice also defines the method of payment of the levies imposed under this Notice.
