Abstract
This Notice of the Minister of Health, made under section 2 of the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973, declares all substances and goods specified in the latest version of the South African Bureau of Standards Code of Practice 0228, except specified substances including radioactive substances, to be Group II hazardous substances.
