Proclamation of the President of the Republic of South Africa on the transfer of the Administration of the Co-operatives Act, 1981 (No. R. 2 of 2005).

With this Proclamation, in terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, the President of South Africa transfers the administration of the Co-operatives Act, 1981 (Act No. 91 of 1981), and powers and function entrusted by this Act from the Minister of Agriculture to the Minister of Trade and Industry.
