Regulation relating to the prohibition of the acquisition, disposal, sale and use of agricultural remedies (GN. R. 384 of 1983).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 7biS of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947: prohibits the sale, acquisition, disposal or use of an agricultural remedy or stock remedy which contains specified chemical substances; limits the use of an agricultural remedy which contains mercury or arsenic compound; prohibits the use of an agricultural remedy or stock remedy which is not registered in terms of the Act.
