Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 7biS(t)(a) of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, prohibits the sale, acquisition, disposal or use of Chlordane in technical or any other form. Any person who fails to comply this rule shall be guilty of an offence and be punished in accordance with this Regulation.
