Regulation relating to the prohibition of the sale, acquisition, disposal or use of agricultural remedies and stock remedies (R. 181 of 2003).

These Regulations prohibit sale, acquisition, disposal or use of an agricultural remedy or a stock remedy, other than in the container and with the label as approved by the Registrar. The Regulations formulate certain exceptions to this rule and define offences.
