Abstract
These Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 23 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, provide with respect to the application for registration of agricultural remedies (as defined by these Regulations) and provides rules for the importation and placing on the market of agricultural remedies. The Regulations also provide for appeal against decisions regarding registration. No agricultural remedy shall be registered if not distinguishable from another remedy.
The Regulations provide rules for the labelling of agricultural remedies, the packaging of toxic remedies, advertisement and the taking of samples by inspectors.
