Abstract
This Regulation, made under the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973 provides rule for the aerial application of an agricultural remedy which contains Group II hazardous substances. This shall be done in accordance with the South African Bureau of Standards on aerial application of agricultural remedies. An employee (as defined) who applies such remedies shall report to an inspector on such application.
