Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Health under section 29 of the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973, provide for the control over the importation, sale, handling, application or use of fluoroacetic acid (mono), its salts and derivatives. This substance shall be sealed and used only in a poison collar for the handling of predator animals that may cause loss to livestock. Poison collars may be sold only to holders of a licence or authorized animal controllers.
