Abstract
These Regulations prescribe quality requirements for raw milk used for further processing. They prohibit the use or sale of raw milk that contains an excess of antibiotics or other microbiological or foreign substances, has gone sour or is not packed in accordance with these Regulations. The Regulations also provide rules for the sale and quality of treated milk and other dairy products, for the testing of milk and other dairy products, and for pasteurization of milk and milk products.
