Regulations relating to qualification criteria, training and identification of, and forms to be used by, environmental management inspectors (R. 494 of 2006).

These Regulations specify qualification criteria and training for environmental management inspectors for purposes of sections 31 and 42 of the National Environmental Management Act. They also specify powers assigned to each grade of inspector and specify forms of Compliance Notes for purposes of section 31(H) of the Act.
