Sectional Titles Act: Regulations: Amendment (No. R. 774 of 2018).

These Regulations amend the Regulations implementing the Sectional Titles Act by, among other things, insertion of regulation 15 A on the amendment or withdrawal of unregistered sectional plan, and by modifying forms in Annexure 1. A sectional plan may be amended, prior to the registration thereof, only by the Surveyor-General who shall initial such amendment and notify the architect or land surveyor thereof in appropriate circumstances.
