Abstract
This Statutory Measure requires operators in respect of cattle, goats, pigs or sheep and animal products to register with the Levy Administrator as define din a levy notice.
A “levy notice” is a notice whereby a levy is imposed on a designated animal or any meat product derived from a designated animal in terms of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act.
