Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2019 (Act No. 34 of 2019)

This Act amends the provisions of a couple of tax legislations including the Estate Duty Act, 1955, the Income Tax Act, 1962, the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991, the Securities Transfer Tax Act, 2007, the Employment Tax Incentive Act, 2013, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2013, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2015, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2016, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2018 and the Carbon Tax Act, 2019.
