Threatened or Protected Species Amendment Regulations, 2011 (No. R. 576 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Threatened or Protected Species Regulations, 2007 by: giving definitions of "applicable legal requirements" and "controlled environment"; redefining powers of national and local authorities to issue permits relating to the carrying out of (restricted) activities involving any listed threatened or protected species; and redefining an exemption under regulation 26 prohibiting certain hunting methods in relation with darting.
