Abstract
Section 30 of the Water Services Act, 1997, is amended by the addition of subsections regarding determination of the Minister, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Trade and Industry and the Minister of Public Enterprises, of the nature of the activities that a water board may perform outside South Africa, the countries in which such activities may be performed and maximum capital involved.
